Networld Asia Group - Brancher.X Vietnam (former Havas Vietnam) – one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies, is looking for a talented SOCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE. This position is not just a supporting role but an active driver in campaign execution. You will participate directly in the end-to-end process—from receiving client briefs and building proposals, to coordinating production and ensuring final delivery. While the role is primarily focused on account management, it also requires hands-on involvement in social content and production.

-      Working locaion: 369B-369C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

-      Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM - 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Account Management

• Actively participate in the full project lifecycle: briefing, proposal, budgeting, execution, and final delivery.
• Engage with clients directly to clarify requirements, present solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and ensure contracts and deliverables are on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, design, production, trading) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project.
• Work directly with KOLs/Influencers and partners to implement campaigns.

2. Content & Production

• Create and adapt social content: captions, scripts, short-form storytelling.
• Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut or Canva.
• Collaborate with the design team on creative concepts and assets.
• Join livestreams, video production, and other activation events as part of the production process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive in an agency/production environment (preferred).
• Strong project ownership skills: planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Familiar with digital & social platforms, with a strong sense of content trends.
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with KOLs, livestreams, or production projects is a plus.
