Job Description:

-       Client & Project Management:

• Receive and clarify client briefs, objectives, timelines, and expectations.
• Act as the main contact point between clients and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and reliable execution.
• Prepare project timelines, meeting notes, status updates, and follow-up documents.

-       Operation & Execution:

• Coordinate with creative, design, production, suppliers, venue teams, promoters, and on-ground staff.
• Monitor project progress from planning to execution.
• Manage event checklists, production schedules, manpower plans, logistics, and on-site requirements.
• Join site checks, rehearsals, setup, event days, and teardown when needed.
• Solve unexpected problems quickly and calmly during execution.

-       Budget & Vendor Coordination:

• Work with internal teams and vendors to prepare cost estimates and quotations.
• Track budgets, expenses, supplier deliverables, and project requirements.
• Ensure quality control across production items, POSM, booth setup, activation materials, and event assets.

-       Reporting & Follow-up:

• Prepare post-event reports, campaign recaps, and performance summaries.
• Collect feedback from clients and internal teams to improve future projects.
• Keep project documents organized and updated.

Job Requirement:

• 2–4 years of experience in Event, Activation, BTL, Marketing, Account Management, or Project Coordination.
• Strong interest in operation, production, and on-ground execution.
• Must demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese
• Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly.
• Must be able to work on-site during event setup and execution.
