Job description & requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Project Management: 
  • Directing and overseeing the delivery of full-scope Media solutions - covering both Branding and Lead Generation/Performance objectives, across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Zalo, etc.), Programmatic, and E-commerce Media - in coordination with the Media team, ensuring solutions are grounded in client business objectives.
  • Providing direction for the team to execute projects and manage on top performance, risk management, client status management.
  • Reviewing media performance data and reports (spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion) from the Media team to identify risks, insights, and improvement opportunities for client consultation.
  • Documenting client design briefings, understanding them in the context of the current or proposed brand essence and current market situation. 
  • Managing client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company.
  • Client Leadership/Engagement:
  • Joining and winning client pitching projects independently under support of SAM / AD / BOD.
  • Acting as a client representative through the proposal & implementation process, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet client needs.
  • Building & developing strong relationships with clients team & acting as the main point of contact between client & agency to share knowledge and skill set.


  • Team Management:
  • Mentoring 1-3 Executives, Trainee
  • Providing clear roadmap, guidance and individual coaching and feedback stretching to achieve goals.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
  • At least 02 years of experience as an account executive/ relevant position.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Microsoft office skills: word, excel, PowerPoint.
  • Account management experience in an Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency.
  • Solid understanding of digital media disciplines (paid media, ad-tech/platforms, data analytics, strategy).
  • Have good business acumen: able to manage client portfolio and P&L, understand client business objectives and work backward for the approach to support client deliver their KPIs
  • Ability to move from analysis to concept and persuasively introduce new ideas.
  • Strong affinity and capability with numbers, data analysis, and performance metrics - comfortable working with reporting dashboards and Excel/Sheets-based media performance modeling.
  • Result-oriented mindset, driven by KPI achievement, data-backed decision making, and continuous optimization.
  • Genuine interest in high-stake, regulated industries such as Healthcare, Education, Automotive, Real Estate, and Finance is a strong plus.
