We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Management Officer (PMO), with governance ownership of vendor delivery and the Change Request (CR) process across a multi-country eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day project execution, coordinate across multiple internal and external teams, and validate business requirements, vendor documentation, and estimates as part of a structured, SLA-driven governance process.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of e-commerce processes, experience working with technical vendors, and a mindset focused on delivering innovative digital solutions through structured, SLA-driven governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management(PMO Task)
- Collaborate with internal and external Project Managers to complete project tasks and drive delivery plans forward.
- Monitor progress of multiple workstreams, track milestones and dependencies, and escalate risks/issues to senior management as needed.
- Prepare weekly project updates and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to maintain status updates, issue logs, and project documentation.
- Support full project lifecycle documentation—scoping, implementation tracking, change requests, and closure.
- Document and maintain process/workflow documentation to support requirement validation and vendor alignment
- Prepare and organize project paperwork — approvals, sign-offs, and records — ensuring completeness and audit-readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor Governance & SLA Management
- Coordinate and oversee the external development vendor across all in-scope countries, tracking SLA performance (e.g. Priority 1/2/3 response and resolution times).
- Conduct regular vendor progress reviews (e.g. weekly sync) and assess delivery status (on track / at-risk / blocked); trigger escalation when SLA targets are at risk or missed.
- Perform delivery QA spot-checks on completed items and validate vendor effort estimates before submission for budget approval.
Change Request (CR) Management
- Own CR intake, triage, and prioritization—propose what to build and when, and submit recommendations to the client for approval.
- Validate vendor estimates and prepare budget approval packages per CR.
- Maintain a CR Priority Matrix and ensure CRs align with overall platform governance and business goals.
UAT(Testing support & Documentation)
- Own execution of UAT, coordinating business testers and consolidating results
- Provide hands-on UAT support for the stakeholders
- Prepare, maintain, and file all UAT paperwork — test scripts, sign-off forms, defect logs, and evidence for audit/compliance purposes
Client & Stakeholder Reporting
- Prepare and submit monthly operations reports and strategic recommendations to headquarters-level stakeholders, translating operational data into business-level insights.
- Facilitate recurring governance meetings (e.g., bi-weekly) with client, country-level business teams, and partner agencies; ensure minutes and action items are distributed promptly.
Ecommerce Platform Coordination
- Understand the end-to-end Ecommerce ecosystem across channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Data, Tech, Digital, Creative, 3PL) and external vendors to consolidate insights and documents for platform development.
Tools
- Work daily with ticketing and collaboration tools including ServiceNow, Backlog, Box, and Teams (in addition to standard PM tools such as Jira/Confluence where applicable).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
- Experience working on e-commerce platforms (Magento or custom platforms preferred).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and customer journey.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and able to translate business needs into structured documentation.
- Understanding of SLA-based vendor management and RACI-style role delineation between client, agency, and development vendor.
- Multi-vendor / multi-country delivery experience is not required.
Nice to have
- Experience with data projects (Sales reporting, Product catalogs, or Customer insights).
- Previous coordination with regional teams or external agencies/vendors.
- Exposure to UX/UI processes or customer research.
- Background in B2B2C products is a plus.
