Job description & requirements

We are looking for a dedicated member for our client in the Finance & Banking industry. The team operates as an extension of the client’s marketing function, working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and marketing initiatives.


What a Project Manager Does

The individual will be dedicated to a single client account in the Finance & Banking sector, leading campaign execution and managing end-to-end collaboration with agencies to deliver integrated marketing solutions. The role works closely with the client’s internal teams and external agencies to bring campaigns to life – from strategy and briefing through to execution and performance evaluation.

The role also covers administrative and ad hoc responsibilities including reporting, client events, and project management support. The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the Client and is based in Ho Chi Minh City.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels – from brief development through launch and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies (creative, media, production), managing briefings, timelines, outputs, and quality control to ensure on-brand and on-budget delivery.
  • Participate in client pitching for new projects – contributing to proposal development, insight framing, and marketing strategy recommendations.
  • Work with the client’s marketing team to generate new revenue streams and create integrated marketing proposals, including marketing insights, strategy, creative services, media planning, sponsorships, and other customized solutions to support client objectives across launch, acquisition, activation, usage, and retention.
  • Closely engage with the client, agency team, & ongoing engagements to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Assess campaign performance against KPIs; extract insights and translate data into optimization recommendations for ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to continuously sharpen campaign strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and pass internal approval processes.
  • Handle administrative deliverables related to client marketing project management, including marketing approvals, procurement processes, and contract management.
  • Support reporting and updates on revenue and expense tracking for senior management, regional teams, and Finance on provisioned templates and internal systems.
  • Be responsible for supporting marketing-related activities in cross-functional and company events as assigned, including client forums, client events, merchandising, and other client marketing engagements.
  • Act as brand custodian to ensure all marketing materials adhere to internal branding guidelines.


What You Will Need

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience of consumer and client marketing management, top-tier Financial, Payments, Technology or FMCG industry preferred – from client or agency’s side. 
  • Strong in implementation of an integrated marketing campaign, digital and social marketing skills, good track record on assessing campaign performance. Highly creative and exposure in consumer research (qualitative, quantitative) and measurement from user’s view.
  • Digital marketing experience will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably Finance, Marketing or Communications or equivalent.
  • Collaborative when working with functions and possess a client-centric mindset.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities in both verbal and written formats in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Possess high learning agility, can-do attitude, and hands-on experience.
  • Passion for digital payments, technology innovation, with high energy and intelligence.
  • An independent individual, yet a reliable team player.
