Brancher.X Vietnam (former Havas Vietnam) – one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies, is looking for a talented Production Manager.

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes. This role involves managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, controlling project costs, and maintaining production standards. The Production Manager will work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to achieve the best results for the company.

-      Working locaion: 369B-369C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

-      Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM - 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and evaluate potential vendors, assess their capabilities, and propose selections based on project needs.
• Negotiate contracts to secure the best terms, discounts, and prices. Draft and finalize contracts in collaboration with management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Handle any issues or problems that arise to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee and manage the financial aspects of production projects, ensuring costs stay within budget and financial goals are met.
• Develop production plans that align with project briefs and objectives. Ensure that all production activities are designed to meet project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure all aspects of TVC production, from setup to filming and editing, meet the company’s quality standards.
• Supervise and review production processes to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
• Manage the production and execution of events, ensuring all logistical and creative elements are of high quality and align with project objectives.
• Continuously assess and improve production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, project costs, and production quality.
• Supporting and managing team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably +4 years of experience in production management, particularly within a production house or agency setting.
• Proven experience in events, TVC productions.
• Demonstrated experience and success working in a vendor facing role
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage complex projects.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with other functional teams to support their revenue achievement targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English.
