WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Collaborate with the planning & creative team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies for various projects.
2. Provide creative direction and guidance to designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
3. Oversee the execution of visual elements across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and video, maintaining consistency and coherence throughout.
4. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and visual communication, and incorporate them into our creative processes.
5. Manage and Mentor junior members of the creative team, fostering their growth and development as creative professionals.

WHAT DO YOU NEED

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience, worked as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role is competitive advantage.
3. Impressive portfolio demonstrating a keen sense of design aesthetics, originality, and strategic thinking across diverse mediums.
4. Capacity for innovative thinking, delivering impactful design solutions that stand out.
5. Effective leadership and Communication skills, capable of articulating and presenting creative concepts persuasively to both clients and internal teams.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness at thriving in high-pressure environments.
