JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Business Development
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior, industry trends, etc.
- Proactively seek for new business opportunities and deliver improvements.
II. Account Management
- Take responsibility for the overall project management process and pro-actively advise clients on the best solutions for successful project management from planning, implementation to reporting. Including:
• Get briefs directly from the clients.
• Lead brainstorm meetings with the relevant departments.
• Lead team to run the project.
• Combine with Operation team to plan, supervise & monitor the progress of work.
• Follow up with Operation team and suggest solution to improve the result during the project.
• Finish final report and all other closing project actions (ex: stock, gift,..) with clients
- Responsible for the project from start to end and ensure the business result/project profit.
• Forecast and control the budget (pre-cost & post-cost) for projects.
• Negotiate (or collaborate to negotiate) with clients/ suppliers.
• Ensure contracts, payment & other paper works signed & done on- time & properly as following company processes.
III. Creative Leadership
- Take ownership of the quality of creative responses in conjunction with the Planner and Creative Director.
- Ensure creative team motivation and working processes.
- Provide creative judgment.
IV. Team Management
- Recruit, train and manage account team members.
- Solve team and cross-team problems.
- Maintain the spirit and values of the agency to the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree level – preferably in Marketing major.
- At least 4-5 years experience in account positions in below-the-line marketing service (activation, event)
- Experience of project management (account position) and developing proposals would be an advantage
- Understand different consumer/customer’s insight and channels, priority FMCG, F&B category
- Creative, passionate, smart, good looking, dynamic for innovative marketing solutions
- Good English skills
