• Position Type: 6-month Internship
• Working Time: 8.30AM – 6.00PM (Mon – Fri) - full-time working at office requested
• Allowance: 4,000,000 VND/month

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research & find potential KOL/KOC list following Account Team's request.
• Communicate & maintain contact with KOL/KOC/Influencer.
• Support the team in negotiating rates, payment terms, and collaboration scope with KOL/KOC/Influencers.
• Assist in preparing campaign documents, including contracts, booking forms, acceptance records, and related paperwork.
• Support the team in tracking deliverables, acceptance processes, and payment progress with KOL/KOC/Influencers.
• Catch-up with viral trends on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,... & KOL/KOC/Influencer.
• Follow KOL/KOC works and report to internal team.
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Be able to work full-time as Company's official working time.
• Proficient in English communication & Excel practice (pivot table).
• Good negotiation skills.
• Proactive, responsible & dynamic at work.
• Attention to detail (to follow contracts, payment, related documents...)
• Data research & logical thinking.
