Networld Asia Group - Brancher.X Vietnam (former Havas Vietnam) – one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies, is looking for a talented KOL/KOC Booking Executive. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior KOL Manager to join our team. This role involves managing relationships with KOLs and Influencers to create effective advertising campaigns and enhance brand visibility.

• Working location: 369B-369C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
• Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM - 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research and identify KOLs who match client profiles, brand values, and campaign objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust database of KOLs categorized by industry, audience demographics, engagement, and past collaborations.
• Negotiate collaboration terms with KOLs, including pricing, deliverables, exclusivity, and payment schedules.
• Handle the contract process from initial negotiation through to execution, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
• Work with trading, finance, and accounting teams to process payments, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of KOL activities into broader campaign strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging KOLs to keep strategies relevant and effective.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in KOL or influencer booking within an advertising agency or similar environment.
• Strong skills in negotiation and contract management, with a demonstrated track record of successful deal-making.
• Experience in handling paperwork and financial processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional management skills, including overseeing multiple projects and coordinating with various stakeholders.
