Position:  Account Intern

So it means that you are good at:

  1. Most frequent duties
  • Support to participate in meetings with customers to access, record and consult the company's products and services.
  • Participate in analysis of customer needs, advice in approach to the development of proposals and plans.
  • Support teams throughout the project to ensure that tasks are completed on time and on budget.
  • Be the main point of contact between the account team and other departments and suppliers on issues relating to the efficient administration of the accounts.
  • Maintain and update campaign effectiveness over time.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.

      2.   Occasional duties

  • Client Service: business trips for maintaining a relationship with the client.
  • Other tasks assigned by Senior Account Executive/BOD.


…And you have:


Education: 

  •  3rd or last year in Marketing, Advertising, or related field in university

Language proficiency:

  • English & Vietnamese, any other language is a plus.

Working experience:

  • Have knowledge of communication, Marketing & Advertising

Capabilities: 

  • Time management
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a team player 
  •  Proactive, dynamic, accountable
  • Careful and detail-oriented. 
  • Microsoft skill, especially Excel skill


Personality/ Attitude

  • Customer service mindset.
  • Punctuality for time.
  • Positive and logical thinking.
  • Sociable
