Working as a Account Executive here means:
You are the bridge and are primarily responsible for ensuring all project activities are carried out as planned between internal departments and customers. In this role, you also have to work closely with suppliers and collaborators.
So it means that you are good at:
- Most frequent duties
- Participate in meetings with customers to access, record, and consult the company's products and services.
- Support the pitching process for new projects as assigned, including understanding client briefs, briefing the internal team, and preparing project quotations.
- Ensures the client’s satisfaction as well as the team's performance by delivering the expected project execution.
- Works closely with the back office department (Accountant and Admin) to guarantee all paperwork is completed.
- Maintain and update campaign effectiveness over time.
- Occasional duties
- Client Service: business trips for maintaining a relationship with the client.
- Other tasks assigned by Senior Account Executive/BOD.
…And you have:
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administrator, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Foreign language:
- Excellent and professional skills in both English and Vietnamese; any other language is a plus.
Work experience
- A minimum of one year in a creative, online, branding, or digital agency setting, ideally in the Account function.
- Possess an understanding of marketing, branding, research, and digital marketing.
