ClickMedia is seeking an ASSOCIATE PLANNING DIRECTOR, INFLUENCER MARKETING who will be responsible for developing and overseeing the long-term influencer marketing strategy, key campaign advocacy strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.


Location: L9, Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, HCMC, Vietnam


Type of employment: Permanent


Report to: Executive Strategy Director


Key Responsibilities:

•     Develop a comprehensive annual influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s broader marketing and business objectives.

•     Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for influencer marketing campaigns.

•     Conduct quarterly reviews of influencer marketing activities to assess performance against the annual plan.

•     Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

•     Adjust and refine the strategy based on insights and performance data to ensure continuous optimization.

•     Work with clients to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with their objectives.

•     Develop campaign proposals, including creative concepts, influencer selection, and budget planning.

•     Present campaign plans and strategies to clients for approval.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategic planning deep dive into influencers marketing, with good portfolio of successful advocacy campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience in beauty, cosmetics is preferable
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategic concepts to both internal teams and clients.
  • A deep understanding of influencer marketing channels, trends, and technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with market research tools and techniques.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, passionate about staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, curiosity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Possess a leadership quality, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
