Responsibilities

• Work with the entire team on a creative audit to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice.
• Take part in the ideation process: Conceptualize campaign way-in, visual assets and other formats of asset to support the idea.
• Training and providing support for junior level design team members.
• Work closely with Creative Lead to deliver expected results on time.
• Take responsible in guiding given graphic designer to accomplish tasks.

Required skills and qualifications

• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping. Knowledge in media production.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Reliable, responsible, active, result-oriented, and integrity
• A portfolio with past projects must be provided
