Job description & requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies, plans, and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets are achieved according to assigned KPIs.
  • Establish execution plans and assign objectives to team members.
  • Receive client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to analyze client needs, brainstorm ideas, prepare proposals, develop communication plans, and define implementation strategies for advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Present proposals, consult clients, prepare quotations, and provide budget estimations.
  • Present solutions, negotiate pricing, and handle contract-related matters with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while resolving project-related issues.
  • Prepare periodic reports for clients and management.
  • Monitor client engagement activities conducted by team members, consolidate reports, identify improvement opportunities, and provide coaching when necessary.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management and customer care.
  • Analyze and forecast customer and market trends, proposing timely solutions and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate payment tracking and accounts receivable collection.
  • Perform other duties assigned by direct management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Digital Agency or IMC Agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Branding.
  • Proficient in the following skills:
  • Work organization and prioritization
  • Communication planning and proposal development
  • Presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Media, Creative, Technical, and other teams
  • Negotiation skills
  • Team management experience (minimum 3 team members)
  • Time management
  • Effective communication and online collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office tools
  • Good English communication skills (listening and speaking).
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation abilities.
