This Culture & Community Intern job might be for YOU, if:

You have:

• A university degree or are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• An interest in digital marketing, social media, and online communities, with basic knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and openness to feedback.

You're good at:

• Supporting the day-to-day moderation and engagement of online communities.
• Tracking basic community metrics (e.g., engagement, interactions, content performance) and supporting post-campaign reporting.
• Conducting simple research on user behavior, trends, and community feedback to support content and engagement strategies.
• Participating in team discussions and sharing observations or learnings from community interactions.
• Supporting ad hoc projects related to community management and employee engagement.

You're extra awesome at:

• Taking initiative and being eager to learn new tools and ways of engaging communities.
• Staying up to date with social media trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team.
