Networld Asia - Brancher.X Vietnam is looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team as a Copywriter. We are seeking someone who doesn't just "write content" but "builds worlds" through compelling concepts and strategic storytelling.

WHY THIS ROLE?

At Brancher.X, you won't be a "content machine." You will be a Concept Driver. You will work closely with the Creative Lead to bridge the gap between big ideas and everyday execution, ensuring the team remains agile and innovative.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Concept Development

• Take a leading role in Brainstorming and developing Creative Concepts for IMC and Digital IMC proposals.
• "Own" the creative direction during pitching phases, ensuring ideas are fresh, feasible, and strategically aligned with client briefs.
• Visualize and present concepts professionally to internal teams and clients.

2. Content Execution

• Translate approved concepts into detailed Content Plans (angles, pillars, schedules).
• Craft high-quality copy for various platforms (Social, Website, Scripts,...) in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and message throughout the campaign lifecycle.

3. Team Synergy & Mentorship

• Collaborate seamlessly with Planners, Accounts, and Art teams to bring ideas to life.
• Act as a "bridge" in the Copy team, helping younger members develop their concept-thinking skills without creating a hierarchy gap.
• Support the Creative Lead in maintaining workflow even during high-pressure pitching seasons.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: +2 years of experience in a Copywriting role within an Agency environment.
• Core Strength: Proven ability in Concept Development and Creative Thinking (Portfolio required).
• Excellent copywriting skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong presentation skills – you can "sell" your ideas convincingly.
• Basic understanding of design/art direction to collaborate effectively with the Art team.
• "Can-do" attitude: Willing to handle both high-level concepts and daily content tasks.
• Team player: Active contributor to a collaborative culture, open to feedback and growth.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and high-pressure pitching environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
