As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team.

Job Overview:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, creating and implementing strategic campaigns, and leading a team of account executives. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and team player.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Lead a team of account executives and provide mentorship and guidance
• Collaborate with other departments such as creative, media, and production to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the agency's growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• At least 4+ years of experience in account management at an advertising agency
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills in English
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Excellent project management skills
• Leadership experience
