ClickMedia is seeking for an A & I MANAGER who will be responsible for client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and understanding client needs to deliver effective influencer marketing campaign, and execution management for quality control.

 

Location: L9, Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, HCMC, Vietnam

 

Type of employment: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities:

•      Provide regular updates on campaign progress or by timeframe.

•      Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI.

•      Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

•      Based on approved advocacy direction set by ASD, flesh out the deployment plan with detail content angles, KOL profiles, KPIs calculation.

•      Create an Influencer brief for the campaign. Create copy/demo post/ script for Influencer

•      Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within financial constraints.

•      Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) in real-time.

•      Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that arise during the campaign.

•      Optimize campaign elements based on performance data to enhance outcomes.

•      Compile and analyze campaign performance data.

•      Provide detailed insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on performance analysis.

•      Prepare post-campaign reports for internal review and client presentations.

•      Collaborate with the Delivery Management team to ensure smooth campaign execution.

•      Coordinate with creative and analytics teams to align on campaign deliverables and performance metrics.

 

Requirements:

  • A recognized Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with minimum 1 years of experience in managing influencer marketing related advocacy campaigns
  • Experience in beauty cosmetics is preferrable
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedule.
  • Ability to lead pitches and wining new projects with proven track of records
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills
