ClickMedia is seeking a TALENT MANAGER who is tasked with managing, building, and maintaining relationships with KOLs.

Location: L9, Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, HCMC, Vietnam

Type of employment: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

•      Identifying relevant KOLs who align with the client’s brand values and objectives.

•      Establishing and nurturing personal relationships with KOLs through regular communication, meetings, and events

•      Clearly articulates the benefits of partnering with the client, ensuring KOLs see the mutual value in the relationship.

•      Offering KOLs exclusive content, early access to products, and unique experiences to foster loyalty.

•      Maintaining regular and open lines of communication with KOLs to address any concerns and provide support.

•      Creating a feedback loop where KOLs can share their experiences and suggestions to improve future collaborations.

•      Developing loyalty programs and incentives to keep KOLs engaged and motivated to continue the partnership.

•      Quickly address any issues or conflicts that arise between the client and KOLs to prevent damage to the relationship.

•      Managing any potential negative publicity resulting from KOL activities and taking steps to mitigate the impact

Requirements:

• A recognized Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with about 2 years of experience in building influencer lists and ecosystems.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules.
• Ability to lead pitches and wining new projects with proven track of records.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills, to deal with difficult situations.
