Job description & requirements

I. Key Responsibility:

Pitching & Client acquisition

  1. Develop strategic solutions that address the client’s business challenges/ goals.
  2. Develop and write briefs based on client briefs and to address any issues/opportunities clients may have.
  3. Write creative briefs and propose creative directions to the creative team and provide input as needed during creative development to ensure that the strategic director is correctly translated into creative work.
  4. Develop communication approach/plan.
  5. Coordinate with Creative/Account to detail out proposal details, media plan (budget KPIs …).
  6. Present and manage client relationships to win the deals and maintain long-term collaboration.
  7. Lead the research to derive insights, measure results of campaigns and to explore new opportunities for clients.

Product development

  1. Build and continuously update the strategy for the function.
  2. Support development of strategy planning tools and methodologies.
  3. Continuously develop, test, and package the products/solutions to provide better values to clients.
  4. Performance management

TEAM DEVELOPMENT – 20%

1.    Recruit & guide planner team members to contribute the utmost to the success of planning section;

2.    Update new trend & knowledge to coach planner team members.

II. Key Deliverables:

  1. Inspiring & insightful creative brief, on-brief communication strategy, suitable channel strategy;

2.    Qualified communication proposal that meets client's expectation and deliver business objectives, marketing objectives & communication objectives;

  1. Convincing presentation and agile, valuable contributions for clients in both planning & execution process;

4.    Strong planner team including social planner & digital media planner

5.    Excellent project management skill.

III. Qualification/ Requirement:

1.    Knowledge in marketing, branding, strategic planning & communication channels;

2.    Critical thinking;

3.    Strong data analytical skills and can use data to solve problems;

4.    In-depth knowledge about conducting consumer survey by qualitative & quantitative research;

5.    Ability to work within the team & independently;

6.    Presentation & explanation skills.

7.    Excellent in English, both verbal & written communication.
