A. Job Description

1- [30%] Project Briefing:

• Attend brief sessions with clients in escort of account unit;
• Identifying & analysing requirements/ necessary information to prepare for related projects…

2- [40%] Brainstorming:

• Identify the situation/issue of clients to give direction for the creative solutions;
• Effectively manage time and meet deadlines even have to handle at least 3 brainstorming projects at the same time;
• Provide opinions during producing MKT strategies/ innovative ideas process (how you understand about the brief, knowledge of clients, products, market...);
• Research involving information, statistic, photos,…

3- [30%] Proposal

• Draft-up logically all brainstorming results to generate an internal deployment plan (including internal brief to all involving departments and deadline);
• Take control quality and deadline;
• Collect all essential information and convey them logically into proposal by PowerPoint beautifully.

B. Job Requirements

• Required a BA or College in marketing/ economy/ communication major; good English communications;
• At least 3-year experience with the same tasks; in Advertising, Communication, Marketing at senior level is a plus;
• Having intermediate knowledge of marketing, branding, know-hows, method of convincing and proposal composing;
• Know how to guide and support small team 1 - 2 members;
• Always learn & update market trend, needs, technology and company competitive advantages. Be able to share to teammate.
