Networld Asia Group - Brancher.X (one of the fastest-growing media agencies in Vietnam) – is looking for a Senior Executive – Social Commerce to support and coordinate the execution of social commerce campaigns that integrate KOL/KOC marketing, livestream shopping, affiliate marketing, and short-form video content.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly, on time, and in line with performance goals. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and passionate about content-driven commerce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning and executing Social Commerce campaigns, including livestreams, KOL/KOC booking, and affiliate seeding.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Creative, Media, Brand, Affiliate) and external stakeholders (KOLs, studios, sellers) throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver content briefs for livestream hosts, video editors, seeding teams, and designers.
• Monitor project timelines, materials, and assets to ensure campaign milestones are met.
• Support campaign performance tracking using Google Sheets, Trello, CRM tools, and affiliate dashboards.
• Generate campaign reports and work with line manager to implement optimizations based on real-time data.
• Keep up with platform trends (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Affiliate...) to ensure relevance and innovation in execution.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 2–3 years of experience in Social Commerce, KOL Marketing, Affiliate, or Digital Campaign Execution.
• Experience supporting or coordinating influencer campaigns, livestream shopping, or affiliate operations.
• Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or Meta Ads is a strong plus.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple workstreams.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, and performance tracking tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Data-aware and solution-focused, able to adapt quickly to campaign feedback and platform changes.
