RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Planning expertise. 

• Possess a sharp and critical thinking to clearly define the brand’s challenges. Give strong strategic direction based on data-driven insights.
• Responsible for overall campaign strategy, implementation, and post-campaign reviews for the campaigns in-charge. Confidently and independently handle the whole process from client brief - clarification - creative brief - ideation - presentation - execution - reporting. 
• Be able to handle various campaign types including but not limited to: brand strategy, brand communication, integrated execution, media planning.

1. Collaboration. 

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders - Account, Creative & Media team. 
• Be the to-go person within the team, cross-teams.

1. Client facing. 

• Be a good presenter in both Vietnamese and English.
• Be a trusted advisor with clients for their communication challenges & solutions

1. Team cultivation.

• Grow interns / junior planners. Inspire and give constructive feedback.
• Confidently handle coaching, training. 

REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 03 years of strategy/ account planning experiences in a creative agency; or other experiences at client-side/ research agency/ creative & media agency with incredible strategic thinking skills which should be shown in Pencil's planning test. 
2. Strong in connecting the dots without getting lost in details. 
3. Good communication skills – written, verbal and presentational.
4. Love logic. 
5. Love asking why. Super curious.
6. Can multitask with efficiency.
7. Strong data analysis skill is a plus.
8. Background in media planning is a plus.
