As the creative arm within ChiCom Group's ecosystem, alongside Trust-Based PR and technical infrastructure, Vital C is where brand strategy and social execution come together to deliver lasting results. 



We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Social Executive to lead community engagement, outreach initiatives, and social campaigns that drive meaningful brand connections and business growth.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Creative Research & Content Strategy (30%)

  • Conduct in-depth research on social media trends and platform best practices to inform and refine content strategy.
  • Contribute creative ideas during campaign planning, test new concepts, and evaluate social content performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s target audience to align tone, messaging, and creative formats accordingly.
  • Ensure accuracy across all written content, maintaining consistency and high quality standards.

Content Planning & Campaign Execution (20%)

  • Lead end-to-end content planning for diverse channels (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, etc.).
  • Manage production timelines and publishing schedules, ensuring all content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Analyze platform metrics to optimize content performance (copy, visual, format) and implement data-driven tactics for improvement.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third parties to execute community activities, from online office hours to events and summits.

Community & Outreach Planning & Management (20%)

  • Plan and execute outreach activities with KOLs/KOCs across social platforms for both always-on and campaign-based initiatives.
  • Manage brand communities and collaborate with community partners/admins to drive engagement through content, seeding, and online/offline activities.
  • Monitor community sentiment, trends, and audience feedback to provide insights and proactively handle potential issues.
  • Coordinate content planning, execution follow-up, quality control, and publishing schedules to ensure campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
  • Recommend and implement engagement tactics to increase conversation, interaction, and conversions.
  • Oversee AI chat tools and dashboards to improve response quality and user experience.


Client Communication & Account Management (30%)

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Maintain regular communication via email and related workplace platforms, calls, or in-person meetings to update progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
  • Liaise with third-party partners for collaboration, including paperwork (if any). Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurate and up to date.


Promotion path: Senior Social Executive / Associate Social Manager


Report to: Social Manager/ Managing Director
