Job Description

• Being responsible for making a quality proposal for new clients by collaborating with other teams and for increasing the win-rate to capture new clients.
• Supporting Client Service Team to scale up budgets of existing clients by making a proposal of necessary solutions.
• Collecting updates about media (GG, FB etc..), tools, channels, platforms and making updates useful for our company to utilize.
• Planning and developing a tool to strengthen our solution.
• Developing comprehensive multi-channel online advertising strategies for clients.
• Work to achieve goals set by clients and work to (over) achieve these goals.
• Conducting statistical performance analysis and reporting based on campaign results.
• Based on reporting and analysis, be able to find insights in improving the performance of the advertising campaigns.
• Work together with others departments to find and propose to new clients and take care of existing clients.
• Guide new members or interns (if any).

Job Requirement

• Understanding of strategy experience in an advertising & digital agency.
• From 1.5 years of experience in media planning, digital strategy; expertise in developing digital platforms and performance campaigns.
• Superior professionalism with clients and internal team.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and eloquently present.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Fluent English communication (IELTS 7.0) and Office skills (PPT).
• Confident in presenting ideas and campaign proposals in English.
