1. Responsibilities:

·      Receive briefs from account team / client and collaborate with the team to develop proposals and media plans for client presentation

·      Manage online advertising campaigns: Set up, launch, and manage online advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search, social media, display, and programmatic advertising. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

·      Analyze campaign data and provide detailed reports: Use various data analysis tools to track and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients. These reports will include key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost-per-action, as well as recommendations for campaign improvement.

·      Provide solutions for campaign improvement: Use data analysis and testing to identify opportunities for campaign improvement, such as ad copy testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting adjustments.

·      Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments: Stay informed about the latest advertising techniques and strategies, as well as emerging digital marketing trends, to ensure clients are using the most effective and efficient methods for their advertising campaigns.

·      Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, account management, to ensure that campaigns are successfully executed and that campaign performance is measured and optimized.

2. Job Requirement

·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

·      3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on performance marketing or ecommerce

·      Expertise in various Paid channels, familiar with Owned and Earned channels

·      Strong understanding of optimization techniques, including A/B testing, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization.

·      Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

·      Ability to work effectively with clients and campaign management teams.

·      Work independently and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
