We're Looking for a Production Assistants Intern in Ho Chi Minh City

 Responsibilities: 

• Restocking daily supplies for the office 

• Assisting PA’s with research or building creative treatments 

• Helping create social media content 

• Picking up or dropping of equipment or supplies 

• Assisting PA’s on shoot days 

• Assisting admin staff with data input 

• Shadowing PA’s to learn how to compile budgets 

• Assisting with casting sessions 

• Assisting the editor in creating selects for offline edits 

• Shadowing editor to learn about offline process 

• Taking notes during meetings 

 Required skills/ Qualifications: 

• Desire to learn about the film/advertising industry 

• Can-do attitude regardless of the task 

• Great time management, reliability & Organization 

• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese 

• FULL-TIME AVAILABILITY 

 Bonus Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud 

• Good sense of design 

• Relevant filmmaking degree or certification 

• Past experience Working on set or with another production company
