Job description & requirements

Brancher.X Vietnam is looking for a curious, analytical, and data-driven Planning Intern to join our Strategy & Planning team. This role offers the opportunity to work on integrated communication campaigns while supporting research, data analysis, consumer insights, and strategic planning across various industries.


OVERVIEW

  • Location: 369B-C Le Quang Dinh, Ward 5, Binh Thanh District, HCMC
  • Position Type: 6-month Full-time Internship
  • Working Time: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Allowance: 4,000,000 VND/month
  • Opportunity: Potential full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market, industry, competitor, and consumer research to support communication planning.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, audience behaviors, and business opportunities.
  • Support the Planning team in developing communication strategies, campaign approaches, and integrated marketing proposals.
  • Assist in preparing strategic documents, creative briefs, and client presentations.
  • Transform research findings and campaign data into clear, insightful, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support campaign performance analysis by consolidating data, monitoring key metrics, and preparing post-campaign reports.
  • Research media, digital, social, and consumer trends to support strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Account, Creative, Media, and Digital teams throughout the planning and proposal development process.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Strategic Planning, Consumer Insights, Marketing Research, and Data Analysis.
  • Good analytical and logical thinking with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot Tables, charts, and basic data analysis).
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or dashboard/reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Proactive, curious, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
