We’re seeking a Junior Designer to join our creative team to create high-quality visual assets across logos, social media assets, branding materials, … You’ll work closely with art directors and copywriters to develop visual ideas and turn them to high-quality visual assets for various advertising projects.

Responsibilities

• Hungry for great projects and is passionate about every aspect of designing.
• Collaborate closely with art director and copywriter to develop visual ideas, key visuals, social media assets, presentations, … Present the design for a particular project to the art director.
• Translate ideas to images, social content layouts, and design visual assets for advertising campaigns, social media, branding, and digital platforms.
• Ability to use AI tools to enhance creativity and streamline workflows by combining traditional design tools with AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Kling, etc.).
• Revise designs based on project feedback and creative direction to ensure the design accurately reflects the desired message and effectively expresses information.
• Stay updated with design trends, visual culture, and emerging AI creative tools.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time with good time management.

Requirements

• Graduate or final-year students majoring in Multimedia Communication, Graphic Design, or related fields (Ho Chi Minh City preferred) with a good portfolio showing your design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
• Good aesthetic sense with a modern, trend-aware design mindset and attention to detail.
• Time management skills, to be able to balance competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
• Proactive, able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and push creative boundaries.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
