Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join Circus Digital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong track record of producing high-quality, impactful, and memorable visual materials for a wide range of clients and industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute graphic design concepts, strategies, and ideas for a variety of advertising materials, including print, digital, and multimedia
• Work closely with the creative team to develop integrated campaigns that deliver on client objectives
• Create visually appealing and effective designs that communicate the intended message and meet the client's needs
• Present and defend creative work to internal teams and clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Continuously improve design skills through self-directed learning and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer in an advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print, digital, and multimedia
• Excellent design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and come up with unique, impactful design solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
