You as a person:

• Design and adapt advertising banners, print ads for newspapers and magazines.
• Prepare artwork according to publication specifications and print requirements.
• Resize, localize, and update existing creative assets for different formats and placements.
• Collaborate with Shift Leads and designers to ensure time delivery.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, brand-compliant, and aligned with clients’ objectives.
• Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, and willingness to learn.

Working Schedule

You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader:

• Morning shift: 7.00 AM - 3.00 PM
• Evening shift: 3.00 PM - 11.00 PM

• Internship duration: 6 months Provide internship stamp
• Working Location: Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.
