Job Summary

As a Digital Media Intern, you will support in planning, managing, executing, and measuring the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns. With a solid foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and related tools, including websites and microsites, your responsibilities will also include preparing statistical and periodic reports for each campaign.

Job Responsibility

• Support in planning and executing Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Set up and track the implementation of Digital Marketing campaigns (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other optimized advertising channels).
• Follow bid price and conversion rate.
• Make statistics and periodic reports for each campaign by Excel, Google Sheet, PowerPoint, Data Studio, etc.
• Measure the performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns and evaluate the goals (ROI and KPIs).

Required Skills/ Abilities

Must-have

• Careful and detail-oriented, especially when working with data and numbers.
• Strong willingness to learn, receptive to feedback, and eager to improve.
• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership in managing assigned tasks and following up independently.
• Good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, willing to learn and work well under pressure.
• Good at English (especially in reading and writing).
• Coming out with ideas, synthesized and analyzed mindset. 

Nice-to-have

• Good analytical and logical thinking with an interest in interpreting campaign data.
• Basic understanding of major digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, and TikTok).
• Quick learner who can adapt to new tools, platforms, and ways of working.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.

Experience and Education

• Be able to work on-site, full time during 6 - 12 months.
• Having experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Solid base knowledge in Digital Marketing.
• Well-understood the principles and tools of Digital Marketing, Website, and Microsite.
•  Fresh graduate/ final year student.
