ABOVE & BEYOND LAB is an IMC agency providing marketing consulting, strategic planning as well as on/offline IMC campaigns for Korean and global clients.

Job Description

• Plan and develop monthly content strategies for client campaigns.
• Collaborate with Account and Design teams to develop creative ideas and campaign concepts.
• Develop and write content for marketing projects, including:
• Campaign taglines
• Proposal content
• Campaign content pillars and content direction
• Social media captions (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Website, etc.)
• PR articles and marketing content
• Prepare creative briefs for designers to ensure visual content aligns with campaign ideas.
• Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, campaign objectives, and target audience.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in copywriting or content marketing.
• Experience working in an advertising agency environment is required.
• Strong understanding of Content Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Strong creative thinking and conceptual writing skills.
• Ability to develop compelling messages across multiple channels and platforms.
• Passion for content creation with strong sensitivity to audience insights.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
