35% - Project Management:
Receive briefs from clients, develop or collaborate with relevant specialized departments such as Planning, Creative, Production, Digital Media to create project plans, provide quotations, and present them persuasively to clients. Coordinate with the Project Management department during project implementation.
Take responsibility for and oversee the execution process to ensure projects proceed according to plan and achieve the best results.
Along with the Account Director, handle project-related information and resolve any issues (if any).
35% - Client Management:
Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Be responsible for building and developing collaborative relationships with partners and potential clients.
20% - Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing team members.
10% - Prepare weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
