1.     Duties and Responsibilities:

Creative Planning

-  Generate creative ideas for key activities on social platforms under brand campaign’s concepts and objectives.

-  Develop compelling storylines and narratives that showcase brand products in innovative and inspiring ways.

-  Strategize with Creative team on trends, best practices, and ways to constantly improve the creativity of social activities.

Key Activity Management

-  Collaborate with Social Content & Social Outreach functions to execute key activities via social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other emerging platforms.

-  Keep track performance and react with solutions to optimize the effectiveness of social activities.

Communication Planning

-  Research and get updates on customer journeys and behaviors to develop reactive communication tasks.

-  Set up communication plans for brand campaigns including communication framework, roadmap, blueprint that align with brief and KPIs.

-  Propose new channels and approaches which are new to brands.

2.     Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications:

-  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field. 

-  3+ years of experience in social creative and communications for agency or inhouse.

-  Proficiency in planning and executing big actitities across social media platforms.

-  Strong portfolio of successful creative campaigns for brands.

-  Deep understanding about social media lanscape.

-  Experience in strategic communications is a plus.

-  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-  Ability to manage own projects and work independently.

-  Positive attitude and strong cross functional collaboration skills.
