40% - Management:
Oversee the assigned business team.
Manage the team’s projects with cost efficiency and high-quality ideas.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
Develop new clients.
Generate ideas for the development of the company’s system.
Contribute creatively to building a positive and growth-oriented company culture.
40% - Implementation:
Provide consulting on ideas and project quality to the team.
Execute the best possible projects aligned with the assigned objectives.
Manage, recruit, and train team members according to the company’s internal regulations.
Collaborate effectively with other departments.
20% - Reporting:
Report the team's operational status directly to the Head of Account Department and Account Director on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Describe job requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at media/advertising/public relations agencies.
Extensive knowledge of Marketing and Brand.
Experience in creating content planning.
High sense of responsibility.
Able to handle high work pressure and willing to travel for work when needed.
Skills and ability to organize external activities.
Proficient in speaking and writing in both English and Vietnamese.
Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
