I. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client & Project Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to create and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
• Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Coordinate with internal departments (creative, digital, analytics) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

2. Media & Influencer Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and thought leaders in the industry.
• Lead media outreach efforts, including the preparation and distribution of press releases, pitches, and articles.
• Advise clients on media engagement, influencer marketing, and crisis communication strategies.

3. Content Strategy & Development:

• Develop high-quality content for media releases, campaigns, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends to offer valuable insights that elevate clients’ PR strategies.
• Ensure content is aligned with client goals and industry best practices.

4. Campaign & Event Management:

• Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, product launches, and media briefings.
• Oversee the logistics, guest management, and event coverage to ensure successful outcomes.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Supervise and guide junior team members (Account Executives, Interns), fostering their growth and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client goals, ensuring a unified approach to strategy and execution.
• Encourage a creative and inclusive team environment that values innovation and collaboration.

6. Reporting & Performance Analysis:

• Use media monitoring tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular performance reports.
• Present actionable insights to clients and adjust strategies to optimize results.

II. Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate communications (agency experience preferred).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Solid understanding of the media landscape, influencer trends, and digital platforms in Vietnam.
• Experience in corporate communications, with the ability to craft internal and external messaging that aligns with organizational values. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with a strategic mindset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, media monitoring software, and social media management tools.
