Job Description

1. Build and Operate AI Content Systems

• Design AI-powered content creation workflows for blogs, social media, landing pages, email campaigns, video scripts, and other marketing assets.
• Develop and optimize prompts for AI models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar technologies.
• Establish content guidelines to ensure AI-generated outputs align with brand voice and communication objectives.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of AI-generated content.

2. Optimize Content Performance and Quality

• Analyze content performance based on SEO metrics, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Refine prompts and workflows to improve content quality and efficiency.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy, consistency, readability, and relevance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, and Product teams to optimize content in line with business goals.

3. Manage Content Data and Knowledge Assets

• Build and maintain a library of prompts, templates, and AI knowledge bases.
• Standardize input data to support content automation processes.
• Assist in training AI systems using internal datasets when required.

4. Research and Implement Emerging AI Technologies

• Stay up to date with trends in Generative AI, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and workflow automation.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools that enhance content production processes.
• Experiment with and deploy content automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or SEO Content.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering and AI content workflow design.
• Excellent Vietnamese writing skills; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
