Job Title: Account Intern

Report to: Account Manager / Senior Account Executive / Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Intern to support the Account team in coordinating projects and handling day-to-day operational tasks. Under the guidance of the Account team, the intern will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, client servicing, and agency operations while developing communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support

• Assist the Account team in coordinating daily project activities.
• Support in updating project timelines and tracking task progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Strategy, Production, Tech) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in preparing internal briefs, meeting notes, and project documents.
• Support quality checking and revision follow-up before deliverables are sent to clients.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and pitch documents.

Client & Internal Coordination

• Support daily communication with clients under the supervision of the Account team.
• Record client feedback and communicate updates internally.
• Attend internal and client meetings when required and prepare meeting minutes.

Administrative Support

• Assist in preparing quotations, purchase requests, contracts, reports, and payment documents.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure files are properly organized.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Account team.

Requirements

Education & Competencies

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in an integrated marketing agency.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Professional Skills

• Basic understanding of Marketing or Advertising is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Good English communication (reading and writing) is a plus.
