1. About the Role

The Account Manager manages assigned client accounts and delivers integrated marketing projects from brief to completion. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and BCM’s internal teams, ensuring client objectives are clearly understood, projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards while building long-term client relationships.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Brief & Strategic Coordination

• Receive, clarify and evaluate client briefs, ensuring objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets are fully understood.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs and coordinate kick-off meetings.
• Work with Strategy and specialist teams to develop suitable integrated marketing solutions.
• Share client, market and competitor insights to support planning.
• Ensure client feedback is accurately interpreted before implementation.

B. Integrated Project Management

• Manage integrated marketing projects across Strategy, Creative, Social, Media, Performance, Production, PR and Activation.
• Develop project timelines, monitor deliverables, approvals and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify risks relating to scope, timeline, budget or resources and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain complete project documentation and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

C. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Build strong understanding of clients' business, brands and marketing objectives.
• Manage client expectations on scope, timelines, budgets and approvals.
• Lead meetings, provide project updates and document action items.
• Handle daily client concerns professionally and escalate major issues appropriately.

D. Scope & Commercial Management

• Manage project scope, quotations, budgets and change requests.
• Identify out-of-scope requests and communicate commercial implications.
• Coordinate quotations, contracts, purchase orders, invoices and related documentation.
• Track project costs and highlight commercial risks.
• Support revenue and profitability through effective budget administration.

E. Reporting & Quality Control

• Review client-facing materials for accuracy, consistency and alignment with approved briefs.
• Consolidate client feedback into clear internal directions.
• Coordinate campaign reporting with specialist teams.
• Present campaign results, insights and optimization recommendations.
• Maintain records of approvals and agreed actions.

F. Account Development

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support proposals, presentations, case studies and client pitches.
• Assist onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain updated knowledge of BCM's services and capabilities.

G. Team Coordination

• Assign and monitor work for Account Executives.
• Review deliverables and provide coaching.
• Support junior team development.
• Escalate resource or performance issues when necessary.
• Promote collaboration across internal teams.

3. Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Account Management, Client Service or Project Management experience within an integrated marketing or advertising agency.
• Experience managing multiple marketing projects from brief to completion.
• Good understanding of integrated marketing, agency workflow and digital channels.
• Strong project management, communication, client servicing and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets and documentation.
• Basic commercial knowledge of quotations, costing, invoicing and profitability.
• Ability to understand campaign KPIs and performance reports.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good Vietnamese communication and working proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Experience supervising junior team members is an advantage.
