• Job Description:

-A position of an Account & Business Development Team; Support such as taking care of Clients (face to clients, also manage the jobs with internal departments) & other companies & Freelancers

-Find potential clients and suppliers

-Creative Marketing solutions for Clients/Projects

-Search, prepare data, supporting images...for the team as required.

-Following up projects for schedule; arrange a contract, other legal documents based on the final proposal, Financial documents (Ex. Invoice)

-Coordinate and monitor projects with relevant departments internally

-Prepare reports and relating documents after the campaign

-Business Development support for scaling up NewGates (Find any issue or challenging point, and build solutions)

-Any other assignments from senior and manager. 

-Clients are vary (Entertainment Clients – Formal Clients, Domestic – International clients)

• Job Requirement:

-Good English Speaking

-Experienced in Ads agency, or similar experience 

-Have strong will (mind) to solve issues internally and externally

-Multitask

-Happy to work for any kinds of tasks closely with Manager

-Humble and Polite, but quite aggressive / Active for working

-Independent mind-set
