Description:

• Serve as the Client Lead for the assigned clients
• Provide the best planning works under Account Manager and assist the business development team to win businesses from clients
• Be responsible for the performance, the deliverables of such client accounts and report
• Deliver or exceed your client’s business target whilst delivering or exceeding your income target.
• Coordinate for production solution, timeline and cost
• Work under supervision with clients to receive clients’ request and offer recommendation
• Work under supervision with creative team to produce creative works that fit timeline, budget & creative standard requirement
• Directly report to Account Manager

• Manage customer satisfaction evaluation process and achieve satisfaction rating.
• Overall delivery of client briefs through active team management and distribution of workload.
• Manage all day-to-day activity relating to the client accounts.
• Ensure clear understanding of the client’s business requirements and to translate this into clear deliverables for your team.
• Seek opportunities to develop more business with your client accounts, selling additional services whenever possible
• Routinely review clients with the management team to access business potentiality and profitability of each account.

Requirement:

Good at project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Fluent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English

Having ownership & reliability

Benefit: 

3,000,000 VND/ month Gross

Full time: 9am - 6pm Mon to Fri (Work From Home Fridays)
