PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE

Your primary role is to be the "right hand" of the Account Team, ensuring smooth communication flow and flawless project execution. You will bridge the gap between paperwork and on-ground reality, gaining 360-degree exposure to how a professional Event Agency operates—from planning to on-site management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in drafting project documents under guidance, including: Proposals, Contracts, Quotations, and Acceptance Minutes.
• Record and summarize key contents/minutes from internal and client meetings.
• Work closely with the Account Executive to monitor project timelines and remind related departments (Creative, Operation) of deadlines.
• Support the flow of information between Clients, Suppliers, and Internal Teams to ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Participate in on-site coordination during events.
• Support tasks such as: Welcoming guests, managing personnel (PG/PB), and handling minor issues as assigned.
• Collect data and images to prepare the Post-Show Report after events.

REQUIREMENTS

• Senior student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• A strong desire to build a career in Event Organization and Advertising.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), especially PowerPoint.
• Can commit to a full-time internship (5 days/week) for a duration of 3 - 4 months.
• Willing to travel and work overtime/weekends when events take place.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly responsible.
