As a Strategic Planning Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of effective marketing strategies for our clients. You will gain hands-on experience in research, analysis, and creative briefing, working alongside experienced strategists to uncover insights and inspire impactful campaigns. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Extract key observations from syndicated and client research to identify trends and opportunities. 
• Assist in designing powerful primary research methodologies where necessary to gather deeper consumer insights. 
• Mine the marketplace, analyze the competition, and explore the consumer world to understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends. 
• Support the monitoring, interpreting, and generating of knowledge about trends and opportunities relevant to key clients’ businesses. 
• Work collaboratively with the account and strategy team to effectively craft creative briefs that inspire the creative team to develop innovative and impactful campaigns. 
• Prepare for, participate in, and contribute to ideation sessions and client workshops, bringing fresh perspectives and creative ideas to the table. 
• Undertake other assigned tasks by strategists to support the team's overall objectives. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Must be in your last year of university studies or have less than 1 year of professional experience. 
• Creativity, teamwork, and strategic integrated thinking are key skills for this role. 
• Solid knowledge of and passion for culture and advertising, media, and marketing trends. 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial, both in Vietnamese and English. 
• Have a can-do attitude and be open to new challenges. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• A genuine curiosity about consumer behavior and market trends. 
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing.
