Job description & requirements

Position Overview:

As a Social Media Executive, you will be at the forefront of our social media outreach efforts, responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns to achieve client objectives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life and ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns. Key Responsibilities::

  • Collaborate with the creative, planning, media and account teams to develop comprehensive social outreach strategies and proposals.
  • Join the pitching process for new clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs and objectives.
  • Implement social outreach campaigns (in collaboration with Influencer, Community, Neutralization supplier) across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc., ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize Social Outreach content/format/tactic to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for social outreach campaign (Influencer, Community, Neutralization)
  • Engage with followers and manage community interactions on social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Zalo), fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle user responses and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle paperwork and contracts with influencers and communities efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Analyze social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in social media management, Influencer & Community Partnership, preferably within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with expertise in Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
  • Solid grasp of nature of influencers and other social outreach channels, including celeb, mega to nano influencers, hot communities, and fan pages
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media management tools.
