Networld Asia Corp. - Brancher.X is looking for a passionate and client-oriented Social Account Manager (Associate Manager) to lead end-to-end Social Communication Projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.

This role combines Account Management and Campaign Planning, requiring someone who can build strong client relationships, develop effective social communication strategies, and ensure seamless execution of social campaigns across multiple platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage end-to-end Social Communication Projects, from receiving client briefs and developing communication plans to campaign execution and reporting.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, providing strategic consultation, and delivering effective communication solutions.
• Manage social campaigns across social content, influencer marketing, social activations, and always-on communications, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Planning, Creative, Production, Media, and external partners, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing communication, timelines, project status, and issue resolution.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Support proposal development, pitching activities, and other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an advertising, digital, creative, or integrated communications agency, preferably in Account Management or Client Servicing.
• Proven experience managing Social Communication Projects, including social content, influencer marketing, and social campaigns.
• Experience leading IMC or integrated communication campaigns is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and digital communication trends.
• Excellent client management, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
