Job Description

● Being in charge of old and present clients according to sectors assigned.

● Daily manage & control clients’ expectations professionally.

● Build & develop strong relationships with clients & act as main point of contact between client & agency.

● Effectively work with internal teams (business development, media strategy, optimization, creative teams) and external team (vendor, freelancers, …) to develop innovative ideas/strategic direction, ensure high service’s quality and minimize cost.

● Do report and provide insightful analysis and recommendations that will support for execution.

● Making inspection note, payment for the assigned suppliers/vendors/KOLs, freelancers…

● Analyze and propose solutions to clients.

● Do other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements

●   02 years for executive position.

●   Knowledge of digital marketing and sales is a plus.

●   Manage big campaigns in Media agency.

●   Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.

●   Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships.

●   Strong organizational, negotiating and time-management skills.

●   Enthusiastic, passionate and self-motivated.

●   Patient, capable of work under high pressure.

●   Flexible, able to balance the expectation between the internal team and the clients.

●   Resumes must be written by English.
