Roles & Responsibilities

The Partnerships Executive is responsible for exploring and implementing the company’s influencer/KOL/KOC-related scope of work across digital and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Zalo, etc.). This role offers a total immersion into a busy influencer/KOL/KOC marketing landscape in a more performance-driven way.

• Identify, explore, listing influencers/KOLs/ Communities in different categories (e.g. fashion & beauty, travel, finance, marriage & relationship, health, parenting, etc.). Develop and maintain partnerships and databases.
• Brief, develop, and support implementing activities working process with influencers and social partners to ensure output on time with expected quality: give ideas, content orientation, posting schedule for selected channels; provide information & images, supervise video & photo sessions, feedback & browse content.
• Evaluate performance to improve program quality and support influencers/KOLs to hit the targets.
• Prepare the contracts with clear terms and conditions, follow up with the payment process during and after the campaigns.
• Implement Influencer/KOL/Community-related projects.
• Track performance and do reports on required basis (e.g. campaign-based, monthly, etc.)
