Vantage Pictures is looking for an Offline Editor to join our post team in Ho Chi Minh City. If you’ve got a strong rhythm, clean workflow habits, and you’re excited to cut tech-driven commercials with an international crew - we wanna hear from you!

📝 JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Offline Editor, you'll take ownership of the editorial process for commercials, branded content, and digital campaigns. You'll work closely with directors, producers, and creatives to shape narrative structure, pacing, and performance, while preparing projects for a seamless transition into finishing.

Responsibilities include:

✓ Editing commercial, branded, and digital content from first assembly through client-ready offline cuts.

✓ Collaborating with directors and producers to develop creative approaches and solve editorial challenges.

✓ Managing project organization, versioning, exports, and review deliveries.

✓ Preparing projects for online finishing, color grading, VFX, sound design, and final delivery.

✓ Maintaining high technical and creative standarads throughout the post-production process.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

✓ 3–5 years of experience editing commercials, branded content, or agency work.

✓ Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.

✓ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

✓ Solid understanding of professional offline-to-online workflows.

✓ Strong storytelling instincts, pacing, rhythm, and visual taste.

✓ Organizational skills and attention to detail.

✓ Fluent English (spoken and written) for international collaboration.

✓ Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

✓ Motion graphics, VFX, or finishing knowledge.

✓ Experience working with international agencies, clients, or production teams.

✓ Familiarity with AI-assisted post-production tools and workflows.
